  • "A Care Facilitator meets people where they are. We can be flexible, which is so important these days of uncertainty. It takes time and effort to work on a plan to change something in our lives. It is not easy, and that’s why we can work with a person to take small steps toward a better life."

  • "I love seeing the people I work with improve their lives, learn how to navigate difficult systems, and have healthier happier kids."

  • "I probably would have given up if it hadn't been for the care facilitator who has been connecting, on my behalf, with the school and Ely Community Resources... I get to spend more time with my kids."
